Ask Us Directly
Dry hire means you supply the alcohol and we supply everything else — the bartenders, the portable bar, all tools, supplies, and expertise. This gives you full control over your alcohol budget while we handle all the professional execution.
We provide every client with a detailed shopping guide based on your guest count, event length, and drink menu. You'll know exactly what to buy and how much, so there's no guessing or wasted money.
Yes. Precision Pour LLC carries $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate general liability and liquor liability insurance through FLIP Insurance. We can provide proof of insurance and add your venue as an additional insured upon request.
We're based in Ocala and serve all of Marion County with no travel fee within 15 miles. Travel fees apply beyond that — $35 for 16-30 miles, $65 for 31-50 miles, $100 for 51-75 miles. Beyond 75 miles is quoted individually.
Your 30% deposit is non-refundable and secures your date. Cancellations more than 30 days out forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are subject to full payment. Full cancellation policy is detailed in your service contract.
Absolutely. Signature cocktail consultation is included in our Standard and Premium packages, and available as an add-on for Essential bookings at $25 per cocktail. We'll work with you to create drinks that fit your event theme, colors, or preferences.
